Anja Hoffmans is a legal practitioner with extensive experience in employment law, advising on both public and private employment relationships. Prior to practising law, she worked in academia and obtained a doctorate with a thesis on the privatisation of social security. Mrs. Hoffmans subsequently contributed to a parliamentary inquiry into executive organisations in the social security sector.
Mrs. Hoffmans's areas of expertise include employment law, integrity and ethics, whistleblower protection, and equal treatment and non-discrimination. Her combined legal, academic and parliamentary experience provides a strong understanding of labour relations, public administration and institutional accountability.
