Nana Tabagua is a security policy professional with over a decade of experience in threat and risk analysis, security governance, policy development and institutional reform. Her expertise spans critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity governance, hybrid and emerging threats, crisis management and security sector modernisation.
At Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mrs. Tabagua led the Analytical Division, overseeing security, crime and risk analysis, strategic planning, institutional development and analytical support for policy and operational decision-making. She has since worked as a strategic adviser, researcher and senior expert on programmes supported by the European Union, USAID, FCDO and other international partners, contributing to security and institutional reform initiatives in Georgia and the wider region.
Her current work focuses on strengthening resilience to interconnected security risks. She has authored and contributed to international research and policy publications and holds a Master's degree in Public Law.
